Zagros Petrochemical Company (ZPC) has implemented an Integrated Management System so as to increase profitability, enhance competitive ability, and maintain a high position in methanol production by making use of modern management systems. Sustainable development and continuous improvement, reliance on specialized and efficient staff, greater efficiency, improved customer satisfaction, decreased or eliminated risks and hazards, improved health of employees, environmental sustainability as well as the increased social responsibility of the company are all among the essential principles of the aforementioned system.
The primary and overriding objectives of the company are as follows:

1. Improving customers’ satisfaction through maintaining and improving the quality of the product as well as its quantity and systematic handling of customer complaints.
2. Commitment to employee consulting and participation and Continuous and effective training in order to enhance staff competence with the assistance of the staff creativity and innovation and supporting applied and scientific research works.
3. Compliance with all laws, regulations, and requirements governing the activities of the company, while establishing constructive interaction with all stakeholders so as to gain and improve their satisfaction level.
