Integrated Management System Policy

Based on: ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO14001:2004 standards


Zagros Petrochemical Company, in order to: increase profitability, competitiveness and to retain its superior position in producing “methanol” -by the use of modern management systems- has established the integrated management system; while the system’s basic principles are: sustainable development and continuous improvement, reliance on expert and proficient staff, improvements in efficiency, improvements in customer satisfaction, eroding or reducing the levels of risk associated with hazards, safety of staff, preserving the environment together with the increase in social responsibilities. The basics and the fundamentals of the goals of the company include:
  1. Increase in the levels of customer satisfaction by conservation and improvement of the product with regards to quality and quantity of it and by fulfilling the needs in this regard in a way that is appropriate and in time.
  2. Continuous and effective training of personnel for increased levels of competency and by adopting the personnel’s creativity and innovation and to aid in scientific and applicable researches.
  3. To observe all the governing policies and regulations concerning our activities together with the development of our constructive interaction with our stakeholders by achieving levels of satisfaction among all sides of them and enhancing them.
  4. Continuous improvement of processes by the use of advanced technologies in order to increase the added value of production and procurement processes.
  5. To develop a dynamic approach for detection, evaluation, elimination and/or effective control of hazards.
  6. Elimination and/or reduction of environmental pollutants and [by utilizing] waste management to preserve the environment.
  7. Continuous improvement in the process of verifying, recording and checking incidents, to prevent or reduce the work injuries and harms.
  8. Improving in crisis management process by being assured on appropriate and precise functionality of personnel andequipments in emergency situations.
